A loss felt here in Canada as well. I hope her successors can match her devotion to the kingdom like she had.

Condolences to the good people of England on the sudden loss of Queen Elizabeth. Her rein was very long and successful being much loved by the citizenry not only in England but in many other countries as well. No doubt her kindness and sensitivity will be long remembered.

Blessings to the new King of England.

Nick,
I'm no Royalist by any stretch, but ever since I was a child I've had nothing but admiration and respect for her, and as the decades of my life have rolled by, that has only increased with each passing year. It's hard for me, not even being a Brit, to put into words how I feel, but I know I'm feeling a profound loss for our world, and I know I'm witnessing a turning point in history.

In this time, we are thinking of you and all those affected by Her Majesty the Queens's loss. Sincere condolences from America.

Twelve years ago, in a speech on leadership before the United Nations, she spoke simply about leadership, in ideas more important than ever in an era of polarization:

"I know of no single formula for success. But over the years I have observed that some attributes of leadership are universal and are often about finding ways of encouraging people to combine their efforts, their talents, their insights, their enthusiasm and their inspiration to work together."

Indeed, Nick. I have felt a real sense of loss with her passing, she was a living connection to so much history. It's difficult to imagine a world without her presence....

Thank you for those messages. I was very moved by President Biden's order that all US flags are to be flown at half staff until sunset on the day of Her Majesty the late Queen's state funeral. A remarkable and deeply appreciated tribute.

In friendship and with regards
Nick
